Bullis-Rutter Band Concert

Be prepared to enjoy these entertaining outdoor concerts at the Rand Park Pavillion! Bring lawn chairs & blankets and dress appropriately for the weather. There is no admission cost. But the Rand Park Pavilion Committee relies on your donations to bring these concerts for your enjoyment.  Food trucks will provide food & drinks. An exciting summer tradition in Keokuk, iowa!
